My name is Christy Ancheta ( #1 FAQ - sounds like An-CHET-uh not An- CHEAT- uh LOL).  I am a high-spirited, light-hearted, southern girl. I have a pretty strong country accent and it's one of the first things everyone notices about me. 

Photography Journey - I started photography dabbling in photography in my teens. I had an eye for it but didn't pursue it professionally until 2015. I shot my first wedding in 2015 and fell in love. I tried learning on my own for a year but in January of 2017 I got an amazing internship opportunity. I interned 22 weddings in 2017 with the best mentor I could ask for. 2018 and 2019 were amazing full of beautiful couples and weddings. Unfortunately,  I had to slow down late 2019 due to a twin pregnancy. After Maternity Leave and the beginning of the Covid pandemic, I decided to take some time off and focus on my family. I finished out my weddings for 2020 and took the time off I needed. I still did a few sessions over the years for family, friends, and a few loyal clients. In 2022, After my husband got a job that was able to allow him to be home more with the kids, he suggested that I start my business back up since he knew how much I loved and missed it. I re-launched my business for Fall 2022 and never looked back. I truly did miss it and am so thankful to get the opportunity to do what I love.
